Module 1: building habits & creating body awareness

Physical training by implementing routines designed to prepare the body for playing the instrument and releasing tension afterwards.

Includes mobility, flexibility, strength, coordination and nervous system activation exercises.

Group sessions of 60 minutes via Google Meet.

Module 2: Development of body awareness, mental training & performance tools

Continuing with physical training, in a more personalized way, in combination with mental exercises to cultivate a focused, calmed and optimized mind.

week 5: physical routine, breathwork + meditation

week 6: how to design a personalized routine based on learned principles (practical knowledge application)

week 7: principles of visualization + creation of sensations without instrument

week 8: preparation of an ACTION PLAN focused on stage performances or high-stress situations

Before starting the MUOVE program, I had recurring back pains, and I noticed that the muscles in my upper body and arms were strained. This was something that prevented me from being 100% comfortable when playing, especially when playing in an orchestra where it is more common to lose body awareness.

After the program, I have managed to reduce the pain and have a better posture when playing. This has been thanks to the implementation and internalization of the routines that we have been working on, evolving and making them our own and personalized.

Before starting this program, I had some concerns about pain in my arms, and now I have learnt how to prepare and work the body, which is something really important, something that we musicians don't use to take in mind.
